GET CONNECTED WEEKEND May 3 – 4, 2025 Saturday, May 3; DoubleTree by Hilton Roseville  10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. This newly formatted annual event will feature education, opportunities for the community to connect, and activities for adults, families and kids. Sunday, May 4; Como Park Zoo & Conservatory 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. After breakfast at the DoubleTree Hotel, we’ll meet at the Como Zoo where you will have the opportunity to meet the HFMD Champions at the Picnic Pavilion before strolling over to see the Polar Bear Program and Zookeeper Talk. CELEBRATING WORLD HEMOPHILIA DAY BRUNCH May 18th 2025, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Join the HFMD and Sanofi for a celebration of our unbreakable bond. The bleeding disorders community may be tied together by a diagnosis, but the connections go even deeper. Our 2025 One Family program celebrates the bonds that come from living with hemophilia—with people at home, on care teams, around the world—and how no one is ever alone. CAMP NOT-A-CLOT: July 27-31, 2025, REGISTRATION IS OPEN! Every summer the HFMD collaborates with YMCA Camp Ihduhapi, in Loretto, MN to host a newly formatted 5-day summer camp experience for kids, ages 8-17 with a chronic bleeding disorder. The mission of camp is to foster community among patients with bleeding disorders and promote transition to independence. Campers enjoy all the fun of summer camp for 5 days with the support of a specialized healthcare team. STEP OUT FOR BLEEDING DISORDERS WALK FUNDRAISER August 9, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Building on the success of the 2024 Walk, this fun-filled family event will empower people with Bleeding Disorders, to engage directly with other individuals and families with living with bleeding disorders. SOUTH DAKOTA FAMILY FITNESS AND EDUCATION DAY – This event will feature both education and an opportunity for our community to connect. Time & Location TBD

A CELEBRATION OF WOMEN AND TEEN GIRLS – This educational and social event will provide an opportunity exclusively for women and girls with Bleeding Disorders to connect and engage.  Time & Location:  TBD

BLEEDING DISORDERS EDUCATION DAY – Oct 4, 2025 – 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Maple Grove Community Center: This educational program provides the Bleeding Disorder community with the opportunity to get current information on treatments and research. SAVE THE DATE!
